We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. That’s why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for our pewter tableware. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and if for any reason you're not, we’ll make it right.
Returns for Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team at xxx@mail.com immediately. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. You’ll need to provide photos of the defect or damage to help us process your request faster. If we confirm the defect, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Change of Mind & Non-Defective Returns
For items that are not defective, we allow returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item should be in the original packaging.

Refunds & Processing

- Custom or engraved pewter items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for return.
